Packers solid in Browns’ start
It wasn’t a high-scoring affair when Green Bay defeated Cleveland 17-11 Friday night, but rather a workman-like start to the season with a number of the Packers’ top players sitting on the bench. The third-string quarterback — Joe Callahan (6) — started the game, and both he and Marquise Williams showed well in their first NFL action, as well as many other back-of-the-roster players.
